Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in surgical nursing and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in the Operating Room environment.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical area.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.

Schedule

The position requires a commitment to a 4x10 hour schedule, with evening shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional on-call duties will be required, including weekend calls every sixth weekend.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Operating Room setting is required.
• Experience in a travel capacity is preferred.
