Position Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Med-Surg unit. This position requires flexibility, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 32
- Number of Staff: 11
- Patient Ratios: 1:5 or 1:6
- Type of Equipment: IV pumps, vital machines
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
Qualifications
- Required Skills:
- Experience with Meditech
- Preferred Skills:
- Hourly rounding
- Aide training

Floating Information
Staff may be required to float to other medical-surgical areas as needed.
Dress Code
Staff are required to wear navy scrubs.
Weekends
Weekend shifts are mandatory and will be rotated among the staff.
Position Details
This is a contract position for an RN in a Med-Surg unit, with shifts scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM over a 13-week period. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting is required.
