Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in City, State.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a dynamic clinical environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort in all care practices.
- Participate in continuous education and training activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing, with a strong preference for those with 3+ years.
- Valid Illinois Registered Nurse License.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Scheduling Requirements
- Comfortable floating to different units as needed, with first priority to float.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
- Mandatory work on Thanksgiving Day and the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Orientation
New hires will complete 24 hours of orientation, including 12 hours of non-billable training and two 12-hour shifts.
Pay Schedule
This position offers a bi-weekly pay schedule.
