Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in High Risk Obstetrics to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves working with patients during critical stages of pregnancy and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Contract Details
- Contract Length: 6 weeks
- 48 hours guaranteed per week
- Overtime available after 48 hours of work
- No special scheduling requests or time off (RTO) allowed
- Start date: 5-7 days from job offer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal conditions closely.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
