Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care during the holiday season. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage complex medical equipment.
• Assist with a variety of advanced procedures including Balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, and ICP monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Float to other departments as required, including ED, Stepdown, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license.
• 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience; strong candidates closer to 2 years will be considered based on skills and experience.
• Preferred experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care (CVICU).
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Cerner, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to quickly adapt and function efficiently in various patient care environments.
• Willingness to float as needed across different locations within the region.

Location

Position may require travel to multiple locations within the region, including Concord, NH.
