Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic experience and will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience: Acute care facility experience preferred
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification - Required
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification - Required
- AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or ARC Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) certification - Required
Job Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment.
- Utilizing the Epic system for patient documentation and care management.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitoring patient conditions and administering medications as prescribed.
- Ensuring compliance with all nursing standards and protocols.
