Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position will involve working in both Med-Surg and ER settings on a 7 on 7 off block schedule, with shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role requires a commitment to deliver high-quality patient care while managing an average of 5 patients with the support of another RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med-Surg and ER departments.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This position includes every other weekend, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
