Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in an acute care environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Experience in an acute care facility: Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy: Required
