Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This position primarily involves providing high-quality nursing care during night shifts, utilizing your critical thinking and clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor vital signs, administering medications as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Acute care facility experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification - Required.

Scheduling

This position requires the ability to work night shifts. Candidates should be prepared for a commitment without holiday requests being approved.
