Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Mountlake Terrace, WA. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Shift Information

Work will be performed on day shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum years of experience: 0
General certifications required:
- ACLS
- BLS/BCLS
- PALS
- NRP
Rehabilitation certifications required:
- ASHA
- CHT
- ACP Training
Active state license is required.

Additional Information

Candidates must complete necessary documentation before starting their assignment. Individuals with prior experience working in the same facility must have a separation period of at least one year before being eligible for rehire.

Holiday coverage will be required.

Equipment will be provided during interviews. Attire expectations will be discussed on the first day of employment.

Parking will be provided on the first day.
