Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Tacoma, WA. This role involves providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients and requires strong communication and documentation skills.
Shift Information
This position follows an 8-hour day shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients to identify their physical needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to help patients regain mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to continue their recovery.
Qualifications
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
- General certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
- Rehabilitation certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
- Experience in setting is preferred, but not required.
Additional Information
Candidates must complete necessary documentation prior to starting their assignment. Holiday coverage is required. Details on parking and dress code will be provided on the first day.
Contract Details
- Contract duration options: 13 weeks, 20 weeks, or 26 weeks.
To ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process, equipment will be provided during the interview.
