Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This role involves working closely with patients suffering from cardiopulmonary disorders and collaborating with physicians to develop effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Interview and examine patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Consult with physicians to create and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and record the progress of treatments, ensuring accurate documentation in patient charts.
• Administer treatments using various methods, including chest physiotherapy and aerosol treatments.

Qualifications

• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Licensed as a CRT and RRT.
• Graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and successfully passed the certification exam.

Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged standing and/or sitting, occasional bending, stooping, or stretching, and may involve lifting up to 20 pounds. Candidates must possess good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity, and should be comfortable using office equipment such as computers, telephones, fax machines, and copiers.

Schedule

The role entails working three consecutive 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility to accommodate occasional early or late meetings as required.
