About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and enhancing the respiratory health of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Perform diagnostic tests to assess lung function and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Advanced understanding of respiratory care protocols and emerging best practices.
