Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as we open a new unit. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that values compassionate patient care and teamwork.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
