Shift Information

This role involves a 7A to 7P shift, providing ample opportunities for work-life balance, while contributing to the care and treatment of patients during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
• Adhere to all safety and healthcare regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
