Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the skills necessary to provide high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a Med Surg setting is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Work Schedule

This position includes shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
