• Location: Galesburg, Illinois
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• BLS
• EPIC
• RN scrubbing is not required

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS

Unit Details

• 5 suites and 2 procedure rooms
• Average of 20-30 cases per day
• Common cases include general, ortho, gyne, podiatry, endoscopy, and opthamology
• OR techs are available
• A supervisor is present during the day shift and does not normally take an assignment
• Call begins with a house supervisor available
• Self-scheduling is allowed
• Floating requirements: none
• Hospital-provided scrub color/dress code
• Unit orientation is provided as needed

Schedule and Call

• Weeknight call: 3:15pm-6:45am
• Weekend call: Saturday 7am to Monday 7am
• Holiday call is not required
• Call response time: 30 minutes
• Call is once per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks
