Overview

• Travel assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri
• 1 opening
• 13-week assignment
• Days, 7:00am–5:30pm, 4x10s
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Weekend hours and call are as required by the facility
• Float scope: potentially to another offsite imaging location
• Unit/location: Imaging Center (offsite from the facility)

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist (3 years of experience)
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (MR)
• BLS
• Experience working with Neuro patients
• Driver's License
• Flu vaccination or Mercy approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1-April 1; declinations are not accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• Open Hitachi and GE experience
• Open Hitachi experience may be considered in place of the higher experience threshold noted in the source

Clinical Details

• Outpatient MRI work
• 15–16 outpatient MRIs per day
• Equipment: Hitachi open MRI and GE 1.5
• Performs specialized MRI procedures, provides patient care for those procedures, and applies MR safety principles

Additional Notes

• Evening shift orientation occurs on day shift, and the traveler must be available the entire week for orientation
• Black scrubs required; no logo
• Crocs and open-toe or open-heel shoes are not acceptable
