OT - Therapy
Overview
- Location: Tacoma, Washington
- Setting: 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, Therapy Department
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Openings: 1
- Hours: 40 hours per week, with 36 weekly guaranteed hours
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, primarily around 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 1 weekend day per month (8 hours) with one comp day off during the week
Unit and Patient Profile
- Patient population: Adult and older adult
- Patient ratio: 6.5 treatments in an 8-hour day
- Common diagnoses/treatment: CVA/neuro
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington
- Occupational Therapist with 2 years of experience
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in an inpatient rehab setting
First Day
- Report at 8:00 AM
- Any scrub color
