CT Tech - AM Shift

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Employment Type: LTA (Long-Term Assignment) Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 15:30, five 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, every 4th weekend Call: Not required

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Health and vaccinations:

  • Fit test (annual; N95 respirator, 3M 1860S, 1870+, or PAPR; can be completed offsite or onsite one week before start)
  • MMR (two vaccinations or positive IgG titer; second dose due 30 days after starting if beginning with the first dose)
  • Varicella (same requirements as MMR)
  • Hepatitis B (three-dose series, positive titer, or declination accepted)
  • Influenza vaccine required October 1 through March 31, with approved medical or religious exemptions accepted
  • TB test completed 60 days before start (QuantiFERON, T-Spot, or two-step skin test; past positives require a chest X-ray within 1 year and an annually updated TB questionnaire)
  • Physician statement of good health dated within 12 months before start
  • 9-panel drug screen completed 60 days before start
• Background and verification:

  • Criminal background check completed 90 days before start, including a 7-year county and national search, SSN trace, and nationwide Sex Offender, OIG, SAM, and OFAC checks (instant searches not allowed; repeat after any break in service)
  • Two professional references from the last 2 years, provided by a charge nurse or higher
  • Education verification (highest level attained; third-party verification or transcripts accepted)
  • I-9 and E-Verify attestation
• Documents and training:

  • Resume (required for submission)
  • Color badge photo taken within the past 6 months (no selfies or filters; solid background; shoulders-up, front-facing headshot; no sunglasses)
  • Current skills checklist completed within 12 months before start, specific to each position the candidate may work in
  • Internal competency checklist, completed within 2 weeks of start or the assignment may be ended
  • Annual compliance training module (New Hire Compliance for new candidates, or Annual Training for returning candidates)
