Description
Temp RN OB/GYN (Nights), Mt. Pleasant, MI
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)

- Facility: 118-bed acute care hospital
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per day
- Dress code: Hospital-provided scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Michigan RN license
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of OB/GYN experience, with OB/GYN experience within the last year
- AWHONN certification, completed within the last two years (documentation required)
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with physicians to create a plan of care that returns the patient to optimal health
- Provides bedside nursing care and carries out medical orders
- Delegates to and oversees Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Associate, OB Care Associate, Surgical Service Assistant, Nursing Clerk, and Psychiatric Tech functions
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan
