Position Details

• Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered for travel

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid Registered Nurse license in Kentucky
• Med Surg experience of 1 year or more, with experience within the last year
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB
• All travelers must hold the required certifications before start. The facility may require certifications not listed.

Unit and Patient Information

• Unit: Med/Surg, 3rd and 4th floors
• Beds on Unit: 57
• Patient Ratios: Up to 1:6, with PCA assistance
• Patient Population: All ages
• Common Diagnoses/Treatment: COPD, post-op joint, diabetic population
• EHR Software: MediTech
