Description
Nuclear Medicine Tech/PET CT | Traveler
Location: Passaic, New Jersey Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technician Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 15:00
Role Summary
- Works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality imaging.
- Supports the Radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Processes and transmits images to PACS.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in New Jersey
- At least one year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with experience within the last year
- ARRT or NMTCB certification
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- CT/Fusion certification
- Workplace violence prevention training (DCI/BVP)
- Driver's license
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment
Optional Items
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray
- Badge photo: JPEG only, clear headshot from the shoulders up on a solid plain background (facility-specific)
- COA: signed by the agency and facility before upload (not required for per diem needs)
- Notarized name affidavit, if there are name discrepancies between credentials
