Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Location: Warrensville Heights, Ohio Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks (option for a 6-10 week contract)

Schedule

• Night shift, 4x10 hours, 21:00-07:30, Monday-Thursday
• 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• No call
• No weekends

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio, obtained before start
• CT Technologist experience of at least 1 year, with CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA Instructor or Provider; RQI acceptable), in hand before start
• Education verification
• Background check before start, updated after breaks in service of 2 or more months, including a 7-year FCRA-compliant search, sex offender, OFAC, and FACIS Level 3 checks
• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
• Fingerprinting: completed within 48 hours of the signed contract. FBI and BCI results are required within 12 months of start and updated annually. Results cannot be pending for this specialty.
• Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation, completed by the agency once results are received and valid for one year
• Government-issued photo ID, carried on assignment
• Primary source license verification within 30 days of start; licenses expiring within 30 days of start must be renewed before start
• Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start, updated annually
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement, annually
• Skills checklist, annually
• Employment application showing 3 years of work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting in a similar area
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, including an assessment of capability to safely perform the job's essential functions with or without accommodation
• 10-panel drug screen, updated annually (instant drug screens not accepted)
• Negative 2-step PPD or Quantiferon Gold/T-Spot TB test within 6 months of start, updated annually. Past positive results require a chest X-ray within 6 months of start and a TB questionnaire signed by a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, updated annually.
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella: 2 MMR and 2 varicella vaccines or a positive titer. Negative or equivocal titers require 1 booster. Declinations are not accepted; medical and religious exemptions are accepted per agency policy.
• Hepatitis B titer, series, or declination
• Fit mask testing (3M 1860 small/regular or 1870+), within 12 months of start and updated annually. Cannot be completed onsite.
• Influenza vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season (11/30-03/31)
• 2 references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, charge nurse, or director within the past year. Co-worker references are not accepted.
• Photo of the front and back of the facility badge, once picked up after completing online modules

Pre-Start Requirements

• Complete online training modules before start. Modules must be completed on a computer using Google Chrome, not a phone, and cannot be skipped. Modules typically take multiple days.
• Pick up the badge from the facility after modules are complete. Badge must be on file before start.
