Required Qualifications
- BLS
- MN PT License
- MN Background Study
- 1+ years of Ortho and Rehab experience
Job Details
- Outpatient, inpatient, and home care physical therapy evaluation and treatment
- PTA supervision
- No LTC
- Floating limited to Therapy, with possible float to other locations
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some flexibility, Monday–Friday
- Minimal weekend and holiday coverage required
- All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
- Scrubs or business casual attire accepted
Unit / Department
- Nice outpatient department with wellness center
- 15-bed hospital
Additional Notes
- Must be disclosed in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health; if previously worked there, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
- EPIC charting is used
- Training for EPIC is provided as needed
