Med/Surg Tele RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Mayfield Heights, Ohio
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check prior to start
- Education verification
- Fingerprinting within 48 hours of signed contract
- NURSYS verification within 30 days of start
- Primary source verification of state license within 30 days of start
- Baseline competency exam for bedside RNs, including medication and ECG testing
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination/documentation
- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Flu documentation
- Eye exam within 1 year
- 2 references from employment within 1 year of start
- Employment application with 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
