RRT-NICU

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Long Beach, California
13-week contract
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
Local candidates within 50 miles may be accepted at the local rate
Unit accepts first-time travelers

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU with 2 years of experience
Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience managing Bubble CPAP, Ventilators (HFOV, HFJV, Servo U, Astral Home Ventilators)
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

PICU experience
NICU experience
General pediatrics experience

Float / Call

Float required to General pediatrics and PICU
Call required every other
