Description
Vascular IR Tech
Location
- Martinsburg, West Virginia
Unit
- Cath Lab & IR (cost Center 133)
- 7 suites/labs: 2 cath labs and 7 holding bays/rooms
Schedule
- 4 10-hour day shifts
- Monday–Friday, 0700–1530
- Weekend coverage required
- Call required, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
- West Virginia license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab
- Experience with IABP
- Experience with IVUS
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Acist injector
Role Details
- CV Rad Techs scrub and monitor
- Focus is on cath and peripheral procedures
- Common cases include adult cardiac, peripheral, cardiac cath, PCI, and devices
- Not EP and no ablations
- May float to Non-Invasive CV to start IVs
- Scrubs are provided
- Uses Cupid
- Will consider CV Tech, Cath Lab Tech, EP Tech, and Vascular IR Tech
