Description
RN Family Birthing Center
Overview
- Contract RN role in Salida, Colorado.
- Night shift: 1800-0600, 24 hours per week.
- Weekends and holidays are required.
- Overtime is optional after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado.
- Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience).
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year.
- BLS.
- NRP.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications
- PALS.
Role Summary
- Provides direct patient care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonate patients in the Family Birthing Center.
- Independently assesses and evaluates patient status, collaborates on care planning, provides education and counseling, assists with procedures, documents care, and supports a safe patient environment.
