Ratios: 2 nurses per days and 1 overnight nurse
Common diagnosis / types of patients: Dementia/geriatrics

Schedule

Days and nights
Mostly 12-hour shifts, with some 8-hour shifts
36 hours per week
Every other weekend
Every other holiday

Orientation

2 hours with LEAD team, then 1-2 shifts on the floor with another staff

Additional Notes

EMR: PCC
No on call or call back available or billable
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days notice incur a $500 fee
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using housing at additional cost
