Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Spine patients
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Experience with orthospine surgery

Job Details

4 OR suites and 1 Endo suite
Average case volume: OR 8-18 cases per day; Endo 7 cases per week
Common cases include cataracts, endoscopy, peds ENT, adult ENT, urology, orthopedics, spinals, GYN, and robotics
Scrubbing is not required for RN's
Travelers cover call on an emergent basis, rarely
Floating may include PACU, preop, or any same day surgery area
Unit orientation is 3-5 days
No conscious sedation needs
Weekend call is 6a-6p
