Medical Surgical RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Morgantown, West Virginia
- 13-week contract
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- Weekdays with every other weekend
- Blocked schedule: yes
- Ratios: 1:5-6
- Possible extension: yes
- Scrubs provided: no; burgundy and/or white
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in West Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 1 year of Med Surg experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- IV insertion skills
- 8 CEU hours of stroke education required annually
- Negative 2 Step PPD, QGold, or TSPOT within 1 year of start, or chest X-Ray within last 2 years with TB Questionnaire if history of positive TB
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years of start
- Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B titer, 3-series vaccine, or declination
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- Color Blind Exam
- Physical exam
- 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start
- 2 clinical references
- Complete application/resume
- Skills checklist
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify proof or attestation
- Background check
- Education verification

- RN license verification
- Required certifications must be on file before start
