ER RN
Location: Show Low, Arizona (White Mountains; about a couple of hours from Flagstaff and Phoenix) Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 1800-0600, 12-hour shifts Schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours per week, 36-hour guarantee
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
- ED experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- TNCC
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Unit Details
- Level IV Trauma Center
- 30 ER rooms, all private, including a 6-room EDOU observation unit
- 6 fast track beds, with a PA handling minor, non-urgent issues
- 1 seclusion room plus 5 monitored rooms
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4
- Average of 100 patients seen per day
- Support staff of 5 techs during peak hours
- Patient types include all, including trauma, cardiac, and neuro

- Scrub color: anything except all black
