Role summary
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR).
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in the general operating room (OR)
- Experience in GYN
- Bariatric experience
- Vascular Surgery experience
- Orthopedics experience
- Neurology experience
- Plastic Surgery experience
Required Compliance
- Flu vaccination required; declinations not accepted
- COVID vaccination required; declinations not accepted
- COVID vaccine must be state recorded
Scheduling / Assignment Notes
- Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted
- Locals accepted; no radius rule
- Non-billable orientation: 24 hours
- Overtime starts after 48 hours
- Call-back and holiday pay apply
- On-call and charge pay apply
- Cancellation policy allows 3 shifts per 13 weeks
- RTO may be requested up to the equivalent of 1 week of contracted hours
