Description
Hospice RN
Role Overview
- Hospice RN in Spokane Valley, Washington
- Travel/Contract assignment
- Start date: ASAP
- Night shift: 10-hour NOCs, 10:00 PM–8:30 AM
- Rotation: every other Thursday through Wednesday
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- May visit up to 6 patients per day
- Standard productivity: 30 points
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Hospice (1 year of experience)
- Hospice experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Triage experience required
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
Preferred

Schedule and Work Expectations
- Weekend work not required
- On-call not required
- Block scheduling not accommodated
- May float to another Providence facility within a reasonable distance
- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation
- Occasional travel radius may be 50+ miles

- Home Health / Hospice setting
- Based in Spokane Hospice
- EPIC and HCHB charting used
- Laptop provided
- Any basic color scrubs
Additional Notes
- Local candidates accepted within a 50–75 mile radius
- Free parking
- Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standard
- Guaranteed hours: facility may call off up to one shift per pay period
