RN - Med Surg
Location: Austin, Texas Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 36 per week Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, day and night shifts On-Call: No on-call requirement Weekends: At least every other weekend

- Unit: 4 North
- Beds: 32
- Staffing:
- Day shift: 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, 3 PCTs
- Night shift: 1 charge RN, 5 RNs, 2 PCTs
- Patient Ratios: Day 1:5, Night 1:6
- Equipment: Welch Allyn vital signs machines, iMobile iPhones for communication, radios with headsets
- Permanent Positions Available: Yes
- Most Recruited Roles: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
