Description
Echo Technologist II
Location: Michigan City, Indiana Unit: Echo Department: Cardiac Services Employment type: Travel Contract length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 contractor Replacement position: Yes
Schedule
- 5 eight-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Rotating weekends and call
- Weekends: variable, with two weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a 6-week schedule, plus one night each week
- Call: 7 to 8 shifts per month, rotating every 6 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Certification: CCI or ARDMS
- Echo Technologist with 2+ years of experience
- Echo Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Must have stress echo experience
Unit and Role Details
- Float between inpatient, outpatient, and procedures
- Patient types: inpatient, outpatient, and intra-procedural
- Approximately 150 beds
- Patient ratio: 7+ cases per day
- Equipment: Phillips EpiQ
