Description
Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - General (Afternoons)
Location: Glens Falls, New York Employment type: Temporary Contract length: 13 weeks Shift: Afternoons Unit: General
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification (must be uploaded with profile)
- NBSTSA certification (must be uploaded with profile)
- Experience working with General Surgery patients
- Experience working with Orthopedics patients
- Experience working with Vascular patients
- Proficient in general surgery
- Proficient in orthopedic fracture care
- Proficient in vascular surgery
- Proficient in urology surgery
Profile and Application Requirements
- New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be uploaded with all submissions. The state requires this license for temporary staffing, and candidates cannot be considered without it.
- Permanent address must be included in the profile and must match the driver's license or state ID. The address is validated during the compliance process.
- Work history is required.
- Skills checklist pertinent to the position, current within the past 1 year.
- One supervisory reference from within the past 2 years of employment.
