Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - OR (Days)
Overview
- Employment type: Temporary
- Location: Pittsfield, MA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
- Unit size: 8 beds
- Dress code: Facility-provided scrubs
- Orientation: 8 hours
- Scheduling: Block scheduling is not available. Shift accommodation requests will not be considered. All scheduling requests must be submitted with the profile, and requests made after an offer may lead to a rescinded offer.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist with 5 years of current CST experience (non-negotiable)
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- CST or NBSTSA certification (NCCT not accepted)
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Gynecologic surgery experience, including experience working with GYN patients
- Experience working with Vascular patients
- Experience working with Thoracic patients
- Experience working with Orthopedics patients
- Experience working with Neuro patients
- Experience working with Spine patients
- Experience working with Trauma patients
- Experience in Preceptor roles
- Experience with complex general surgery
