X-Ray Tech | Traveler

Location: Detroit, Michigan Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 days a week

Required Qualifications

• Radiology Technologist with 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Driver's License

Health and Immunization Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccines (2 doses and booster), or a completed declination
• MMR: proof of 2 vaccines, or a positive titer showing immunity
• Hepatitis B: record of 3 immunizations or immune titer; declinations are not accepted at some facilities
• Influenza vaccine or declination, required November 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027; declinations are not accepted at some facilities
• Varicella: vaccination or titer showing immunity
• Tdap: declination is not accepted at some facilities
• TB test completed within one year of the start date (a positive PPD with a negative chest X-ray is an optional alternative)
• Annual respirator fit test; fit testing must be completed before start in the IL region
• Physical/health statement, completed annually and within 60 days of start, stating the candidate is clear to work
• Drug screen with a minimum 10-panel test including THC, completed within 60 days of start

Background and Compliance

• National criminal background check within one year of start; must be completed before beginning the assignment in Michigan
• OIG exclusion check
• SAM/EPLS exclusion check (must show a visible search date for "Excluded Individual")

Documents and Onboarding Steps

• Copy of the agency's certificate of liability insurance
• Two professional references, one from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
• Agency attestation form, completed last after all other credentials are uploaded
