Description
Cath Lab Tech | Day | Traveler
Location: Chino, California Employment Type: LTA (Long-Term Assignment) Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 - 16:30
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in California
- Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
Required for Submission
- Current resume reflecting accurate, recent work history (required at offer acceptance)
- Two professional references, one from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
Optional
- Notarized name affidavit for any name discrepancies between credentials
- Chest X-ray in place of a TB skin test, if the person has a documented positive PPD or Quantiferon. The X-ray must be within 4 years of onboarding and state "No radiographic evidence of active Tuberculosis."
- Certificate of Assessment (COA): not required for per diem needs and must be signed by the agency and the facility
