Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR), Days

• Location: Littleton, New Hampshire
• Employment type: Temporary
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 40 hours/week (8- or 10-hour days) plus call
• Unit: Operating Room (OR)
• Patient population: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult & Geriatric
• Trauma level: Level III

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Operating Room (OR) experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Must be proficient in General surgery cases
• Must be proficient in OB cases
• Must be proficient in Ortho cases
• Must be proficient in ENT cases
• Must be proficient in Trauma cases
• Must be proficient in Plastics cases
• Must be proficient in Ophthalmology cases

Scheduling and Time Off

• Maximum of 3 days of requested time off (RTO), which must be noted and verified at upload. Requests made after upload, during interview, or after offer will not be approved and may rescind the offer.
• Travelers must work the following holiday blocks, if scheduled or needed:

  • Thanksgiving Day/Friday and the weekend after
  • Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after
  • New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the weekend after
• Travelers may not take all holidays off.

Other Notes

• Travelers should not be submitted if they plan to work in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment.
