Description
Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology
Location: Portland, Maine (Basement floor) Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Week: 48 (listed total)
Schedule and Hours
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours (9-hour shifts, 0800-1730) or 40 hours (0800-1430 or 0700-1730)
- Weekends are call only
- Call: maximum of 1-2 weeknights per week and every 6th weekend (Fri-Sun)
- Does not float to other units
Unit Information
- Interventional Radiology with 3 procedure rooms
- Full staff model: 2 technologists per procedure room, rotating scrubbing and circulating
- Equipment: Siemens
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Maine
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT RT (R)
- BLS
- Experience working with Neuro patients
- Experience working with Stroke patients
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
