RN - Telemetry
Location: Lufkin, Texas Employment type: Travel Start: ASAP Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule and Assignment
- Shift: Days, 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM
- Schedule: Rotating; 48-hour possible (must request with substitution); block schedule possible for straight weekends only
- Call: No call
- Floating: Required
- PTO blackout: 12/24 to 12/25

- Scrubs: Dark navy blue
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, with experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Wound Care experience
Submission Requirements
- Submissions missing the necessary information or requirements will be rejected.
- Permanent home address must be included on the submission.
- Travelers must live greater than 50 miles from the facility.
