Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Missouri
• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, with experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Experience working with adult patients
• Experience working with trauma patients
• Experience in a critical care setting
• Experience in an emergency department setting
• Valid driver's license

Unit Information

• Licensed beds (facility): 767
• Patient ratios: Based on a point system and dependent on staffing
• Equipment: Avea ventilators, LTV transport, V60 Bipap (Bellavista on the way), Vapo therm and Airvo for high flow
• Patient types: Respiratory patients throughout all areas of the hospital, SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, Neuro, and Trauma
• Pediatric patients: Stabilized in the ED and transported to a sister hospital
