CVOR Tech, Germantown, Tennessee

• Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours (40 hours/week), 7:00 to 17:00. The schedule may change during the interview.

Required Qualifications

• CVOR Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NBSTSA
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN)
• Driver's License

Background and Documentation

• Background check within 60 days of start, covering the past 7 years, including statewide, county, and federal searches and education verification. International searches are not required. Placeholders for pending searches are not accepted.
• Education verification required. A diploma or transcript is not accepted in its place.
• Sex offender search, run separately from the background check
• Tennessee Adult Abuse Registry search
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start, then annually
• Two forms of government-issued ID
• E-Verify or attestation
• Confidentiality acknowledgment signed before start
• Submission packet: submission form, application, references, skills checklist, state license, and certification information

Onboarding

• Return to offer (RTO) must be submitted at the time of submittal. An RTO sent after an offer is made will not be sent to the facility for approval.
• Photo for badge must be received no later than the Tuesday COB before a Monday start. Requirements: plain background, neutral expression with both eyes open, no hats or head coverings (unless worn daily for religious reasons), no glare on glasses, no filters, taken within the last 6 months, and no facial piercings unless flesh-tone.
• Onsite fit test document due Thursday at 2 PM prior to start, and brought on the first day
• Scrubs: steel (gray) scrubs for surgical techs. No prints or embroidery.
