PT Therapy
Location: Lewiston, Maine Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- 36 hours per week (the unit profile lists 40 weekly guaranteed hours)
- No weekend hours, no call requirements, no float requirements
- Professional dress
Unit and Patient Information
- Unit: Physical Therapy OP (outpatient)
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics
- Common Diagnoses/Treatment: Outpatient ortho patients, including post-op, trauma, sprains, and strains
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Maine
- Master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with physical therapy experience within the last year
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Pelvic floor skill set (preferred, not required)
Facility Information
- 190-bed hospital providing 24/7 emergency care (Trauma Level III), cardiovascular services, cancer care, orthopedic care, women's and children's health, and primary care
- Teaching hospital, Joint Commission accredited
