Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehab (Days), Fort Dodge, Iowa

Employment Type: Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 8 hours per day

Role Overview

• As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care.
• Traveler works 4 days in the outpatient clinic and 1 day in acute care.
• Acute care patients are limited to ortho neuro and safety discharge patients.
• Orientation is held every Monday.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Iowa
• Physical Therapist with 2 years of experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Experience with Epic

Required Documents

• Work history/resume, with all gaps over 30 days clearly explained
• Skills checklist specific to Physical Therapy
• One supervisory reference, completed within the last 24 months
• License verification, less than 30 days old
• Proof of taxable address

Schedule Notes

• Winter holidays: traveler must work 2 of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day).
• Willingness to work 1–2 acute care weekends during the assignment is welcomed. Weekend on-call hours are Saturday 0700–1200 and Sunday 0700–1100.
