Description
Radiation Therapist (Radiology / Cardiology)
Overview
- Location: Columbia, South Carolina
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (5 x 8-hour days, 40 hours/week). Start and end times may vary to stagger shifts and cover the patient schedule.
- Holiday coverage: Open the Sunday before Thanksgiving, treating Sunday through Wednesday of that week. Thursday and Friday are closed.
Float Requirement
- Required to float as needed between the main site and another facility in the system, wherever coverage is needed.
- All agency staff must float to other units and campuses on request due to census concerns.
- Floating is limited to units the candidate is qualified for and has documented competencies for.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in South Carolina
- Radiation Therapist experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic
