Dialysis RN

Location: Flagstaff, Arizona Employment type: Travel/Contract Contract length: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week. The facility may call off 6 shifts during the 13-week assignment.

Schedule and Call

• On-call: 1-2 nights a week, plus 24-hour call 1-2 times per month
• Weekends: every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Dialysis experience (2 years)
• Dialysis experience within the last year
• Experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience with Fresenius T-Bluestar dialysis machines
• Experience with Aqua caddy RO water system
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
